One quick sneak peek from this engagement session that I shot two days ago. Can’t wait to share more, so busy these days! We had so much fun, we pretty much covered the whole town. So glad these guys could come down for a visit from Edmonton. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in September ’12!
I’m super excited to share Tara and Kyle’s album! These albums are incredible, and they come with every wedding package I provide for clients. The 2 best things about albums for me is knowing that clients walk away with something to show off and I absolutely love seeing my own images in print. The product shots don’t do it justice. I’m wanting to order samples of all of my weddings, but the budget just won’t allow for it, so for now, I just have my one sample. Call or email for more wedding photography information. Thank you.
If I were to get another tattoo, it would say “LUCKY” but I wouldn’t because I wouldn’t want to jynx myself of it. A couple of weekends ago I won two draws in one day. The first one was at a baby expo here in Okotoks put on by the Welcome Wagon, I won a little stuffed lion from Scentsy for our new baby when he comes in April. Later that same afternoon, I entered another draw and won a $50 gas card for Petro Canada from Calgary First Bank. I can’t believe I didn’t buy a lottery ticket. Even though this has nothing to do with winning something, I also consider myself very lucky to have met this couple to do their engagement photos for them. They were in need of a photographer before their wedding, and luckily I met Bruce, who hired me on a whim before even seeing my work! Isn’t he nice? I can’t believe I’ve been taking so much time off from shooting, it was so fun to do these for them. Now I just want to do more! We got pretty lucky that the weather was actually bearable today, it was probably all my luck;) Seriously though, this worked out well for all, and I really love the high I get from a session with such great people. These pictures were taken at the Crystal Ridge Golf Club that Bruce proposed to Dana at, also where they are getting married in a couple of weeks. I’m so happy for them, it will be a beautiful wedding I know. There is something so magical about winter weddings, best wishes to Bruce and Dana and thanks for hiring me!
Here are a few sneak peeks from Dayne and Danelle’s absolutely stunning wedding from August 7th. They had a beautiful ceremony, they wrote their own vows and the weather was unbelievably phenomenal! We have officially moved to Okotoks, it took us a few weeks but we finally met a great girl to babysit our kids during the afternoons for a couple of weeks so I can get some work done. I asked Eric how he liked the babysitter he said he loves her! Then he said “because she’s beautiful and she plays with me”. We’re so happy to have her!
