Clay & Nicole Engagement Sesh

Friday, November 25th, 2011

I’m thrilled to be doing Clay and Nicole’s wedding in September 2012 for them! September in Drayton is a fabulous time of year! They came down here for Nicole’s hair trial and killed two birds with one stone. Had their engagement pictures done on the same trip. Nicole’s hair and make up looked amazing. I was in love with it, Clay looked pretty handsome too, but Nicole, dang! Here are a few more from their session.

Engagement with style! {Okotoks Wedding Photographer}

Monday, October 24th, 2011

One quick sneak peek from this engagement session that I shot two days ago. Can’t wait to share more, so busy these days! We had so much fun, we pretty much covered the whole town. So glad these guys could come down for a visit from Edmonton. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in September ’12!

Heirloom has arrived! (Custom Wedding Album Design – Calgary)

Wednesday, September 14th, 2011

I’m super excited to share Tara and Kyle’s album! These albums are incredible, and they come with every wedding package I provide for clients. The 2 best things about albums for me is knowing that clients walk away with something to show off and I absolutely love seeing my own images in print. The product shots don’t do it justice. I’m wanting to order samples of all of my weddings, but the budget just won’t allow for it, so for now, I just have my one sample. Call or email for more wedding photography information. Thank you.

Fantastic Wedding: Maegan & Trent Waltz

Friday, July 16th, 2010

On July 3rd I had the pleasure of photographing Maegan and Trent’s awesome wedding! It was a beautiful ceremony in a beautiful church on a beautiful day. The reception was well led by two hilarious MC’s and made the night extremely fun. Not to mention that people were having a blast on the dance floor, I did not want to leave. Thanks for having me photograph this unforgettable day Maegan and Trent, it was a ball!

The Groomsmen (Alberta Wedding Photographer, Jackie Hutchinson)

Saturday, June 26th, 2010

Here are some more from Danielle and Harvey’s wedding last weekend, Harvey getting ready for his big debut! I love these images taken by my assistant Jeff Gibbons who traveled from Edmonton to grace us with his presence. The black and white image was taken behind the hotel, who’d have thought? I’d also like to thank Carmen Williams for doing a wonderful job and making my job a tiny bit easier! Thank-you. Did I already tell you how much I love these Groomsmen shots? They are amazing!

Danielle and Harvey Tie the Knot (Alberta Wedding Photography)

Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010

On this June 19th I had the pleasure of photographing a great couple, Danielle and Harvey, on their very special wedding day. I was enjoying myself so much, I didn’t want to leave! Here are a few of Danielle getting ready for the occasion. Isn’t she a gorgeous bride? I’m dying to share more because the sun set was perfect that evening. We got to steal the bride and groom from their reception for some closing images for their album and I think I’m in love! Thank-you Danielle and Harvey for having me photograph such a wonderful event in your life. Congratulations to both of you!

Second Shooter for Dan Wood

Tuesday, March 10th, 2009

I got to help out Dan for a wedding he had in January. It was nice to be able to repay him the favor for helping me out when I was 8 and a half months pregnant and shooting a wedding last year. He came along to help me in case I needed a break or if I went into labor early. For this particular wedding, I mostly took pictures of the bride getting ready, and was there to help out for the rest of the day doing things like helping with details in the posing etc. It turned out to be a wickedly windy day, and super cold to boot, so we got to be inside at Dan’s studio that he uses for harsh weather as a back-up plan, which I must say is nice to have. Here are some of the pictures that I grabbed. Note: The Getting Ready Image– Brides always do this:) It’s a guarantee and with a serious face, I think it’s priceless!
